Please apply if you can join within 10 days Roles and Responsibilities: Hardware developer for advanced high performance electronic controller for Automotive Design and development of electronics using 32/64-bit Microcontroller Microprocessor/SoCs, PMIC, Advanced Ethernet connectivity, etc.
, safety up to ASIL D Develop and optimize the hardware architecture, select the right electronic components Requirement analysis and concept definition (Requirements management) Module / ECU design & Development - Worst case calculation & Simulation Schematic & BOM preparation Layout development coordination Sample development coordination with plant Test plan preparation, ECU testing EMC Test plan and EMC Tests co-ordination Project technical documentation is per defined process DFMEA and Functional safety co-ordination Requirements Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency): Experience in Power supply design for Micro controller/Microprocessor/SoC with PMIC Experience in Power stage designs for specific requirements of actuators.
Experience in Electronics hardware design and integration with 32/64-bit Microcontroller Microprocessor/SoCs Knowledge on Microcontroller/Microprocessor/SoCs/Memories/Ethernet controller - a big advantage Experience in HW testing, debugging & test report preparation.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience on EMI/EMC analysis & testing.
Experience in Simulation tools like PSPICE, LTSPICE etc.
Good in design and documentation with Zuken, MathCAD, Altium Designer.
Good know how of automotive hardware lifecycle and its quality process.
Hands-on experience in product verification and validation tests.
Knowledge of Communication Protocols I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN and Ethernet.
Experience in Automotive domain, module design, functional safety standard - ISO 26262 & FMEA/FMDA is added advantage.
Experience in making technical documentations HW specification, BOM, user manual, test reports etc., Experience in DOORS management is an added advantage (Requirements management) Experience/Knowledge in embedded SW Assembly/C programming an added advantage.

Required Skills (Technical Competency): • Bachelor of Technology/Science in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent • A detailed knowledge of electronic components and systems, circuit analysis, preferably in aero projects • Experience of executing reliability prediction and FMEA in aero projects • Good knowledge of MIL-HDBK- 217F N1/N2, FIDES • Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), FHA, PSSA, SSA, Common cause analysis • Experience with Reliability prediction software like PTC Windchill, Isograph • Good knowledge of MIL-HDBK- 217F N1/N2, FIDES, ARP 4761 standards
