<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, build, and optimize AI-driven applications using Python and modern ML/GenAI frameworks.<br/><br/>- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and foundation models for business use cases.<br/><br/>- Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning pipelines.<br/><br/>- Work with APIs and SDKs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex) to integrate AI solutions.<br/><br/>- Build scalable backend systems and microservices to support AI model deployment.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-powered features.<br/><br/>- Maintain clean, efficient, and testable code while ensuring model performance and reliability.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and applied AI research.<br/><br/><b>Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.<br/><br/>- 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ year focused on AI/ML or GenAI.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Python and OOP concepts.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLMs, transformers, embeddings, diffusion models.<br/><br/>- Experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of APIs for text, image, or multimodal generative models.<br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for RAG pipelines.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with MLOps practices such as model monitoring, versioning, and deployment.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving ability, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
