<p><p><b>Role Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a highly motivated Fullstack Developer who has strong experience building scalable, performant web applications using Python (Django / FastAPI) backend and React frontend.
You will own features end-to-end from planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Youll collaborate with product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain backend services/APIs using Python, with Django and/or FastAPI<br/><br/>- Build frontend components using ReactJS, Redux (or equivalent state management), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)<br/><br/>- Define and implement RESTful APIs; if needed, GraphQL or WebSocket endpoints<br/><br/>- Write unit/integration tests; participate in code reviews; enforce coding standards & best practices<br/><br/>- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications<br/><br/>- Handle database design and writing efficient queries (SQL / NoSQL as per context)<br/><br/>- Work with Docker, containerization, possibly with orchestration (Kubernetes)<br/><br/>- Set up or work with CI/CD pipelines; deployment to cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure or internal infrastructure)<br/><br/>- Monitor application health, debug issues, optimize bottlenecks<br/><br/>- Collaborate in agile team: sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives etc.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers (if senior level) and contribute to architectural decisions<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field<br/><br/>- 3-6+ years (or appropriate level) of professional fullstack development experience<br/><br/>- Strong backend experience in Python; proficiency in Django and/or FastAPI<br/><br/>- Solid experience in frontend development using ReactJS and modern JS ecosystem<br/><br/>- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL etc.) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis etc.)<br/><br/>- Good understanding of REST APIs; knowledge of GraphQL / real-time WebSockets is a plus<br/><br/>- Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, CI/CD tools<br/><br/>- Familiarity with deployment, cloud services, containerization (Docker), infrastructure basics<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with microservices architecture<br/><br/>- Knowledge of caching, message queues, background jobs (e.g. Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ)<br/><br/>- Experience with performance tuning & scaling in production<br/><br/>- Understanding of security best practices: authentication, authorization, OWASP etc.<br/><br/>- UI/UX sense able to work closely with designers; responsive / mobile-friendly frontend<br/><br/>- Experience or interest in DevOps tasks: infra as code, logging / monitoring, observability</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
