In this role, we are looking for a candidate to design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and :</b><br/><br/>- Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.<br/><br/>- Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.<br/><br/>- Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs.<br/><br/>- Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.<br/><br/>- Coach and develop software engineers into software architects.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications we seek in you! :</b><br/><br/><b>Minimum Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.<br/><br/>- Extensive experience with AWS services.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms.<br/><br/><b>Preferred qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively.<br/><br/>- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving.<br/><br/>- Road map planning for upcoming releases.<br/><br/>- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.<br/><br/>- Taking lead on projects, as needed<br/><br/>- Strong experience Java & J2EE application.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices<br/><br/>- Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD<br/><br/>- Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).<br/><br/>- Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
