Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies tailored to Majescos P&C Insurance product.<br/><br/> - Lead functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing efforts.<br/><br/> - Drive automation initiatives using industry-standard tools and frameworks.<br/><br/> - Ensure adherence to US regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, NIST-800).<br/><br/> <b>Leadership & Team Development</b><br/><br/> - Manage and mentor a team of 2025 QA professionals across India.<br/><br/> - Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<br/><br/> - Conduct performance evaluations, skill development programs, and succession planning.<br/><br/> <b>Stakeholder Engagement</b><br/><br/> - Collaborate closely with leadership teams, business sponsors, product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Communicate QA metrics and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.<br/><br/> -
