<p><p><b>Your Responsibilities : <br/></b><br/>As a Software Engineer, your key responsibilities will include : <br/><br/>- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.<br/><br/>- Ensure successful delivery of all technology tasks assigned with high quality.<br/><br/>- Developing and executing as per the project plans.<br/><br/>- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle : concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.<br/><br/>- Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application.<br/><br/>- A proven team member and individual contributor with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.<br/><br/>- Bring innovative ideas to meet our companys technical needs and enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvements.<br/><br/>- Communicate key project data to team members and building cohesion amongst team members.<br/><br/><b>The Skills Youll Need : </b><br/><br/>In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills & experience : <br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.<br/><br/>- Should have built web apps, CMS, admin panels that are deployed to production.<br/><br/>- It will be an addon if you can also code mobile apps in React Native.<br/><br/>- Should have experience of integrating backend API's and managing state locally.<br/><br/>- Should understand complex business logic and be able to convert that into code.<br/><br/>- Good to have capability of converting design into HTML code.<br/><br/>- Good to have exposure to building video streaming and real time chat platform using webrtc & socket.io.<br/><br/>- Good to have understanding of docker containerization and Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Should have an understanding of how to build and deploy a ReactJS application.<br/><br/>- Experience in dealing with tech and business stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Agile methodology.<br/><br/>- Hands on experience in Dev Ops.<br/><br/>- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across technology teams.<br/><br/>- Can work well both individually or in a team by taking a collaborative approach to problem solving and delivery.<br/><br/><b>Good To Have Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own.<br/><br/>initiative in understanding and following up issues.<br/><br/>- Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution.<br/><br/>- Keen to learn business processes and technical skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.<br/><br/>- Hands on experience using tools like Trello, Gitlab, Zoom.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
