</p><p><br/></p><p>As a Terraform Solutions Architect, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of Terraform-based solutions that empower scalable, secure, and efficient cloud deployments.
</p><p><br/></p><p>You will work closely with Cloud Engineering, Security, Networking, Development, and Operations teams to create architecture blueprints and deliver enterprise-grade IaC solutions.<br/><br/>This role offers the opportunity to influence cloud strategy, mentor teams, and drive large-scale automation initiatives, making it a key leadership role in our cloud journey.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design & Architecture: Architect, design, and implement robust Terraform modules to support multi-cloud infrastructure needs (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/>- IaC Leadership: Champion the adoption of Terraform and IaC practices across teams and projects.<br/><br/>- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Security, Networking, Development, and Operations teams to define standardized, secure, and compliant infrastructure blueprints.<br/><br/>- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in existing processes and implement automation-driven improvements to enhance performance, resiliency, and cost optimization.<br/><br/>- Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Terraform modules, architecture patterns, and operational guidelines.<br/><br/>- Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers on Terraform best practices, modular design, and cloud-native architecture.<br/><br/>- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all Terraform solutions align with organizational compliance, security, and audit standards.<br/><br/>- Innovation: Contribute to long-term strategic cloud initiatives and evaluate emerging IaC tools and practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.<br/><br/>- 9 12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with at least 5+ years in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in designing, developing, and managing reusable Terraform modules.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise-grade cloud architecture.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in cloud security, cost optimization, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Certifications (Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) are a strong plus.<br/><br/><b>Why Join NCG ?</b><br/><br/>Since 1997, NCG has partnered with global enterprises to deliver innovative, future-ready solutions across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and Data Analytics.
