(3 Days Left) Ecommerce Manager Job Opening In India, India – Now Hiring eStore Factory


Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Amazon Product Research and Account management specialist to manage the full product lifecycle for our brand—from identifying winning product ideas to coordinating global logistics.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in data-driven product research and a skilled negotiator in global sourcing (China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.).

This role requires a professional who is self-motivated, takes full ownership of the Amazon Seller Central accounts, and anticipates challenges before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Amazon Product Research & Analysis (Primary Focus)

- Identify Winning Products: Conduct exhaustive, data-backed product research to identify high-potential, profitable, and low-competition products for new private label launches.
- Data Proficiency: Utilize premium Amazon research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa) to analyze sales velocity, BSR, keyword demand, and competitor strategies.
- Profitability Modeling: Create detailed, accurate financial projection sheets (ROI, profit margin, break-even analysis) for all proposed products, factoring in all FBA fees, COGS, and logistics costs.
- Product Differentiation: Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancement, bundling, or customization to create a competitive advantage.

Global Sourcing, Negotiation, and Vetting

- Supplier Identification: Proactively source, vet, and establish relationships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers across key regions (China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, etc.).
- Negotiation Expert: Aggressively negotiate product pricing (EXW/FOB), Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), payment terms, and production lead times to secure the best deal.
- Quality Control (QC): Manage the sampling process and coordinate third-party quality inspections (pre-production, during production, pre-shipment) to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Customs & Logistics: Coordinate with freight forwarders for international shipping (Air/Sea) and ensure all necessary documentation (customs, duties, compliance certificates) is in place.

Proactive Account & Product Management

- Full Account Ownership: Look after all day-to-day Amazon Seller Central activities for assigned client accounts.
- Listing & Launch Prep: Manage the product setup process, including initial keyword research, creating a comprehensive launch plan, and preparing the initial product listing content (titles, bullets, backend keywords).
- Inventory Forecasting: Implement and manage a proactive inventory tracking system to accurately forecast demand, prevent stockouts (OOS), and coordinate timely reorders.
- Policy Compliance: Stay constantly updated on Amazon's policies, terms of service, and category restrictions, taking preemptive action to maintain 100% account health.
- Expansion: Expanding brand to multiple marketplaces and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Walmart.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Expert Proficiency in Amazon product research tools (mention the tools you require).
- Demonstrated Success in launching new products that reached specific sales/ranking goals (case studies or examples are a must).
- Strong Negotiation Skills with overseas suppliers (Alibaba, Global Sources, etc.).
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to work with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, formulas for complex profit calculations).
- Proactive Communicator who can clearly report findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of FBA Logistics, incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP), and quality assurance processes.

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Arrangement: Hybrid WFH + WFO as per requirement.

Timing: 5 days a week + First Saturday of the Month, Half Day.

Salary: ₹40,000-₹45,000 CTC per month + Incentive.
