Role Responsibilities:

As a Value Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming customer challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to rapidly prototype and deliver impactful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a technical and customer-facing role that requires a unique blend of AI fluency, creativity, and business acumen.

Business Requirements Development

- Understand customer’s business, their current KPIs and processes and identify opportunities for automation and new operational metrics arising out of shipment and asset monitoring.
- Create synthetic data to develop mockups and AI driven solution frameworks on how the solution will deliver operational excellence by simulating real world scenarios You will work with the customer and the sales & account management team to get customer buy in.
- This will include hosting customer workshops, proposal development, ROI assessments and show and tell.

Technical Collaboration

- Script, automate, and visualize data to tell compelling stories to both technical and business audiences
- Work with solution and platform engineering team to translate the solution frameworks development into deployable solution using out-of-the box solution templates and apps.
- Improve and enrich platform functionality by providing new use cases and business context to product roadmap.
- Develop solution wire frames and visuals to aid user experience and get buy in.

Customer Support

- Provide post deployment solution support and address all support tickets.
- Build internal tools to monitor and improve customer solution health.

What we’re looking for:

1.

Education: BS or MS in any one or more streams such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics & Transportation Management, Applied Statistics, Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
2.

Work Permit: Should be authorized to work in India.
3.

Industry Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience or project work in areas such as supply chain operations, logistics optimization, manufacturing analytics, or data visualization.
4.

Exposure to real-world problem-solving using data, AI, or digital tools—such as improving delivery performance, optimizing inventory turns, or building dashboards—is highly valued.
5.

Curiosity about how technology transforms physical operations is essential.
6.

Preferred Skillsets: Tools like Figma, Power BI, Advanced Excel, any type of scripting, advanced prompt development for LLMs, tinkering with new tools and technology.
