<p>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA360).<br/><br/>- Identify automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder collaboration.<br/><br/>- Integrate AI components (e.g., OCR, ML, NLP) to enhance automation capabilities.<br/><br/>- Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows, bots, and reusable components.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain detailed RPA documentation including design documents, test cases, and user guides.<br/><br/>- Collaborate closely with business analysts, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.<br/><br/>- Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance in RPA solution development.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.<br/><br/>- Provide post-deployment support, maintenance, and optimization of automation solutions.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Areas of Expertise:<br/><br/>RPA Tools:<br/><br/>- Advanced Certification in Automation Anywhere (AA) - Mandatory.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere 360 (AA360) - Must-have.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism - Optional but advantageous.<br/><br/>RPA & AI Integration:<br/><br/>- Proficient in Python scripting along with Selenium and other Libraries.<br/><br/>- Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies such as ABBYY, Tesseract, or Automation Anywhere IQ Bot.<br/><br/>- Experience leveraging AI technologies within RPA solutions (e.g., ML models, NLP, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics).<br/><br/>- Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions is a plus.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with integrating APIs and cognitive services (Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI, etc.) into automation workflows.<br/><br/>Programming & Scripting:<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of VBA scripting for automation within Excel and Office applications.<br/><br/>- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.<br/><br/>Database & Data Handling:<br/><br/>- Proficient in SQL and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.<br/><br/>Development Practices:<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodology.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with DevOps practices for RPA deployments is a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience with version control systems like Git.<br/><br/> Domain Experience: Experience in the Investment Banking or Financial Services domain is an added advantage.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
