????????</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Development & Delivery : Design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

Deliver complex features and projects on time and to the required quality standards.<br/></p><p><br/>- Technical Excellence : Apply strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms (DS&A) to solve challenging technical problems and optimize application performance.<br/></p><p><br/>- Architecture : Contribute to the design and evolution of our Microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.<br/></p><p><br/>- Collaboration : Work directly with the client team, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements, define technical scope, and provide accurate estimates.<br/></p><p><br/>- Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews, write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and ensure code is secure and adheres to best practices.<br/></p><p><br/>- Project Management : Utilize tools like Jira to track progress, manage tickets, and communicate status effectively to meet critical project deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Minimum Qualifications :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience : 5+ years of professional experience in software development, primarily focused on Java.<br/><br/></p><p>- Java & Spring Boot Fluency : Deep, hands-on expertise with Java (JDK 8+) and the entire Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Security, etc.).<br/></p><p><br/>- DS&A Mastery : Strong understanding and practical application of Data Structures and Algorithms for writing efficient and optimized code.<br/></p><p><br/>- Database Proficiency : Proven experience with relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and operation with MariaDB or similar SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).<br/><br/>- API Development : Experience designing and implementing secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.<br/></p><p><br/>- Commitment to Timelines : Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet strict project deadlines without compromising quality.<br/></p><p><br/>- Proficiency in the English language.<br/><br/></p><p>- Client facing experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.</p><p><br/>- Excellent communication skills up to leadership and down to the development team.<br/><br/><b>Additional Experience Desired :</b><br/></p><p><br/>- Messaging Systems : Hands-on experience working with and implementing solutions using asynchronous messaging platforms like RabbitMQ or Kafka.<br/></p><p><br/>- Microservices Exposure : Prior experience developing and deploying applications within a Microservices architecture.<br/></p><p><br/>- Prior Domain Experience : A history of working on projects or in industries similar to those undertaken by the client.<br/></p><p><br/>- Tools : Direct experience using Jira for agile development and project management.<br/><br/><b>What is it like working for 3Pillar Global ?</b><br/></p><p><br/>At 3Pillar, we offer a world of opportunity :<br/><br/></p><p>- Imagine a flexible work environment whether it's the office, your home, or a blend of both.
