</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Experience :</b> 5 to 9 years</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Location :</b> India (Remote)</p><br/><p><b>Role :</b> SSE-II</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute complex activities within the current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points, anticipate potential problems, and iterate on solutions that drive client success.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.</p><br/><p><b>Minimum Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>A minimum of 5 years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below :<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in .Net core, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, Docker, SQLServer, Cloud GCP (or AWS)<br/><br/>- Proven experience in developing microservices and local environment setup<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in exception handling, correct use of data structures, multi-threaded programming, memory management and application tuning, microservices based microservices development</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience ORM technologies using .Net core<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have excellent exposure in Unit Testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge in design patterns<br/><br/></p><p>- Good hands on experience with RDBMS like Oracle/ SQLServer & have ability to write data structures, basic SQL Queries & knowledge of joins, Views, Group By, Having Clause etc<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).<br/><br/></p><p>- High-level design proficiency following UML / C4 / ArchiMate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of SOLID principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with OWASP.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in the English language.</p><br/><p><b>Additional Experience Desired :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)<br/><br/></p><p>- Architectural (Microservices, Serverless etc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observer etc) Patterns<br/><br/></p><p>- Unit Testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Working in the Cloud<br/><br/></p><p>- Containers using Docker/Kubernetes<br/><br/></p><p>- Specific client-engagement specified technologies, which will be determined and vetted at the time of the interview.</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
