<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Craft client code that is not just efficient, but also performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts, utilizing project methods and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiently gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams, and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure that technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Code Quality and Standards: Enforce coding standards, review code and mentor team members to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Problem Solving and Technical Challenges: Address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems, ensuring the successful delivery of UI Skillsets Required :</b></p><p><br/></p>A minimum of 6+ years of experience/expertise in the following areas specified below :<br/><br/></p><p>- FSD Java (min Java11), Spring, Springboot, Microservices: Java (min Java 11)<br/><br/></p><p>- Javascript: Angular Framework: Springboot, RxJS<br/><br/></p><p>- Other : CSS, Microservices, communications<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Agile software development methodologies and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of SOLID principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in the English language and good communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Should be able to communicate independently with experience Desired :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Datacenter working background to understand terminology while capturing requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
