<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Business Analyst eCommerce & ERP.<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst (BA) with over 5 years of expertise in both eCommerce platforms and ERP systems.<br/><br/>In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to define, design, and deliver high-impact solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation.<br/><br/>This is a high-visibility role requiring a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with systems integration between eCommerce and ERP platforms.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5 Years.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Indore.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Gather and analyze business requirements related to eCommerce and ERP systems.<br/><br/>- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with development, QA, product, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.<br/><br/>- Facilitate integration between eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).<br/><br/>- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.<br/><br/>- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in defect resolution.<br/><br/>- Provide ongoing support and documentation for systems and workflows.<br/><br/>- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, with a focus on eCommerce and ERP domains.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of at least one eCommerce platform (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).<br/><br/>- Experience in process mapping, data flow analysis, and system integration.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and middleware tools.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.<br/><br/>- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Scrum (CSM, PSPO) is a plus.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in client-facing roles and working with offshore/onsite teams.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
