<p><p><b>Profile :</b> Salesforce Communication Cloud :</b> Indore</p><br/><b>Position Summary :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer with 3- 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on expertise in Communication Cloud (or Industries Cloud/Vlocity).<br/><br/>The developer will be responsible for building, customizing, and integrating solutions to support Lead-to-Quote processes and ensure seamless data flow across systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts).<br/><br/>- Build custom Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Apex classes, Triggers, and Flows to extend Communication Cloud functionality.<br/><br/>- Implement approval workflows, validations, and automation aligned with business requirements<br/><br/>- Develop and support API integrations (REST/SOAP) with MuleSoft or other middleware.<br/><br/>- Enable bidirectional synchronization for Leads, Quotes, Contracts, Orders, Invoices, and Assets.<br/><br/>- Work on multi-entity and multi-currency configurations.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with security standards including RBAC and OAuth2 authentication.<br/><br/>- Write unit tests (75%+ coverage) for all Apex classes and triggers.<br/><br/>- Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup with version control and automated deployments.<br/><br/>- Work closely with functional consultants, QA engineers, and integration teams to deliver high-quality solutions.<br/><br/>- Provide technical documentation for all customizations and integrations.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 3- 5 years Salesforce development experience, with minimum 1 year in Communication Cloud / Industries Cloud (Vlocity).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lead-to-Quote process.<br/><br/>- Hands-on expertise in :<br/><br/>1.
OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).<br/><br/>2.
Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Batch Classes.<br/><br/>3.
API Integration (REST, SOAP).<br/><br/>- Experience with multi-entity/multi-currency setups.<br/><br/>- Salesforce certifications preferred :<br/><br/>1.
