The ideal candidate will play a key role in end-to-end project execution-from discovery and process design to delivery-while bridging business and technical teams.
This role requires a mix of functional expertise, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and platform configuration skills.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead project discovery phases by organizing workshops, capturing key actions, and maintaining discovery logs, while proactively learning relevant functional and technical concepts before kickoff.<br/><br/>- Analyze clients' current ("AS-IS") environments and design optimized future-state ("TO-BE") processes that improve efficiency and user experience.<br/><br/>- Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between client stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.<br/><br/>- Configure and manage systems in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft based on project requirements, including system setup, workflow configuration, and integration support.<br/><br/>- Conduct in-depth technical and functional analysis to identify optimal solutions, resolve issues, and drive innovation opportunities.<br/><br/>- Deliver high-quality project outputs on schedule, ensuring all deliverables are peer-reviewed and client-ready.<br/><br/>- Maintain clear, regular communication with internal and client stakeholders on project progress, risks, and overall health, while escalating challenges when necessary.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and adapting communication to different audiences.<br/><br/>- Analyze data to support requirements gathering, validate designs, aid testing efforts, and monitor production performance.<br/><br/>- Support pre-sales efforts through RFPs, RFIs, and solutioning discussions, bringing platform-specific expertise to influence decisions.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft, including configuration and implementation.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements.<br/><br/>- Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with cross-functional business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Quote).
