<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring Salesforce, managing user access, automating workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the system.<br/>You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support business processes and improve overall operational Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, flows, and reports/dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and implement automated processes using Salesforce automation tools to streamline business workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor data quality and integrity; conduct regular data audits and deduplication efforts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support integration with other business systems and third-party applications via APIs or </p><p>middleware tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain system security and compliance with data governance policies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously </p><p>improve system performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues Skills and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (2+ years preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, standard objects, and security </p><p>model.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with declarative automation tools including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow </p><p>Builder.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in creating custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Salesforce data management tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train and support users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic interface.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs is a plus</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
