We empower our clients to reimagine GRC and protect and grow their business.<br/><br/> Our innovative approach integrates consulting, managed services, and our ComplianceAlpha technology platform with the specialized expertise of former regulators and practitioners and our deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape.<br/><br/><b>Position Summary</b><br/><br/>The individual in this position is responsible for supporting business leaders by providing insights into financial and operational results.<br/><br/> The Sr Analyst is key to analyzing, reporting and forecasting financial and operating metrics that help the business make decisions.<br/><br/><b>Job Duties</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with business leaders to develop annual budgets and complete monthly forecasts<br/><br/>- Review monthly financial and operational results, investigate variances to budget/forecast, and provide detailed commentary for business leaders<br/><br/>- Provides financial insights to department leaders around sales to revenue conversion, labor costs, and expenses.<br/><br/>- Works with department leaders to update monthly forecast (revenues, headcount, expenses).<br/><br/>- Collaborate with Billing & Revenue team to project revenues at department level from recurring and nonrecurring engagements.<br/><br/>- Work closely with the Accounting team during monthly close on operating expense review<br/><br/>- Perform ad-hoc analysis/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives<br/><br/>- Contributes to production of monthly financial reports for management team and board of directors.<br/><br/>- Assists Finance management develop the companys medium to long term financial and strategic plan.<br/><br/>- Make recommendations to enhance and streamline current Finance processes.<br/><br/><b>Required Education And Experience</b><br/><br/>- 4+ years of related FP&A experience<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree with a major in business administration, accounting or finance<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, problem solving, and modeling skills<br/><br/>- Experience using financial and budgeting applications<br/><br/>- Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial management principles<br/><br/><b>Preferred Education And Experience</b><br/><br/>- CPA or CFA<br/><br/>- Experience Workday/Adaptive/Salesforce/Excel platform(s)<br/><br/><b>Required Skills And Attributes</b><br/><br/>- Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance<br/><br/>- Demonstrated professional integrity<br/><br/>- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs<br/><br/>- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively<br/><br/>- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients<br/><br/>- Highly motivated and goal oriented; proactive in ones own education and career progression; volunteers for and shows initiative on both internal and external projects and tasks<br/><br/>- Dedicated to upholding ACAs high-quality standards and customer service focus<br/><br/>- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail<br/><br/>- Strong oral and written communication skills<br/><br/>- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet<br/><br/><b>What working at ACA offers:</b><br/><br/>We offer a competitive compensation package where youll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
