You'll work with experts in SaaS & PaaS and Accenture will support you in growing your own tech stack and certifications.<br/><br/>In Data & AI you will understands the importance of sound analytical decision-making, relationship of tasks to the overall project, and executes projects in the context of a business performance improvement initiative.<br/><br/>What you would do in this role :<br/><br/>As a Data Science Manager at Accenture, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions focused on Generative AI and LLM for our Software & Platform clients.

</p><p><br/></p><p>Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the end-to-end process of designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems that deliver business value and enhance operational efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>Strategy and Planning :<br/><br/>- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify AI opportunities.<br/><br/>- Develop AI strategies and roadmaps that align with client goals and Accenture's capabilities.<br/><br/>- Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in AI technologies.<br/><br/>Project Management :<br/><br/>- Lead and manage cross-functional teams for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.<br/><br/>- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and meet quality standards.<br/><br/>- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>AI Solution Design and Development :<br/><br/>- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to design AI solutions.<br/><br/>- Identify appropriate AI algorithms and techniques to solve specific business problems.<br/><br/>- Oversee the development and testing of AI models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing technology ecosystems.<br/><br/>Client Engagement and Relationship Management :<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.<br/><br/>- Present and communicate AI concepts, solutions, and project updates to client stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagements.<br/><br/>- Provide guidance and support to clients in leveraging AI capabilities for business growth.<br/><br/>Team Leadership and Development :<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.<br/><br/>- Develop talent within the team, providing coaching and training as necessary.<br/><br/>- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams and the broader organization.<br/><br/><b>Job Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field.<br/><br/>- Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.<br/><br/>- Proven experience (7+ years) in managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.<br/><br/>- Hands-On exposure to Generative AI frameworks and implementations<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with popular AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.<br/><br/>- Strong project management abilities, including planning, resource management, and risk assessment.<br/><br/>- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
