The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Prompt Engineering, along with strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Design, develop, and implement GenAI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and RAG architectures.</p><br/><p>- Build and optimize prompt pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases for contextual responses.</p><br/><p>- Fine-tune pre-trained language models for domain-specific tasks and ensure optimal model performance.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design scalable AI-driven applications.</p><br/><p>- Integrate AI components into existing systems and APIs for real-time user interactions.</p><br/><p>- Conduct performance benchmarking and continuously improve model efficiency.</p><br/><p>- Stay up to date with emerging GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills : </b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- GenAI Development : Hands-on experience with building generative AI applications.</p><br/><p>- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) : Proficiency in retrieval pipelines and vector database integrations (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).</p><br/><p>- LLMs : Experience with models like GPT, Llama, Mistral, or similar open-source frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Prompt Engineering : Ability to craft, optimize, and automate prompts for improved model output.</p><br/><p>- Programming : Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API).</p><br/><p>- Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) : Solid understanding and application in optimizing AI workflows.</p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
