We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager–Contract Management to join our Procurement team in Mohali/Pune office.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Contracts, you will be responsible for: Drafting, reviewing, modifying and negotiating commercial vendor contracts including MSAs, NDAs, Consulting, DP, Events & Software Subscription/Licensing Agreements, etc Advising and collaborating with several internal stakeholders and client/customer contacts regarding contract requirements to ensure compliance with company's contracting policies Enforcing contract management policies and procedures and developing and improving contract templates and contracting practices Ensuring data privacy compliances are followed to its spirit by business units and liaising with the privacy counsel for privacy matters Assisting the senior Legal team members in additional/special projects What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Minimum LL.B/LLM, BA.
LL.
