<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Senior Specialist - Software Engineering<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Hybrid-Hyderabad/ Chennai<br/><br/><b>About the Job :</b><br/><br/>In this role, as a senior Java full stack developer, you will join our Engineering team, responsible for defining, designing, and leading Acentra Healths technology strategy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack Software Developer with experience in User Interface (UI) Development using Angular and microservices using Java and cloud technologies on AWS/Azure.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing Microservices and proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.<br/><br/><b>What you will do :</b><br/><br/>- Responsible for designing and development of applications using Angular as UI and Java as webservices or microservices on AWS/Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Use modern source control and CI/CD frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write manual and automated unit test cases to ensure application stability and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Uphold high standards of code quality and maintainability using best practices such as refactoring and code reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, deliver updates, and solicit feedback.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with design teams, product managers, and other developers to bring new features and services into production.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support curiosity and innovation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage generative AI and prompt engineering to enhance software development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide strategic guidance on technology and industry best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish, oversee, and enforce development standards.<br/><br/><b>Education & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years Java Full Stack Developer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Java in full stack development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5+ years of working with Angular / Bootstrap / JavaScript / Java / J2EE / Spring Boot / JPA / Spring JDBC/ / PL/SQL.<br/><br/></p><p><b>Required Skills :</b></p><p><br/>- Extensive experience with Angular front-end framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in server-side programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with database technology such as Oracle, PostgreSQL,</p><p><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.<br/><br/></p><p> - Knowledge of source code management version control tools, preferably Git.<br/><br/></p><p> - Solid understanding of Microservice architectures using java/jee/Spring/JPA.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience in UI development using Angular/ React js/Bootstrap/Vue js.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience working with virtual and global teams.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Prior experience working with design systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, promoting iterative development and collaboration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and serverless architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to OpenAI and ChatGPT.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
