<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b><br/><br/></p><p>As a Radar Developer at Acsia Technologies, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating radar signal processing algorithms and embedded software for high-performance automotive radar systems.
You will collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver radar features that meet stringent safety, performance, and compliance requirements, aligning with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and NCAP Responsibilities : Signal Processing & Algorithm Development : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Design and implement advanced radar processing algorithms, including FFT, Doppler estimation, clustering, target tracking, and angle-of-arrival (AoA) estimation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize radar pipeline components for performance, memory usage, and computational efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop custom signal processing techniques to handle urban clutter, multipath interference, and low-SNR Software Development : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Develop embedded radar software and firmware for automotive-grade ECUs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Port signal processing algorithms to embedded targets such as DSPs, FPGAs, and MCUs (TI, Infineon, NXP platforms).<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement device drivers, hardware abstraction layers, and middleware for radar sensors.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work within AUTOSAR environments and ensure integration with BSW & Testing : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Perform radar calibration for range, angle, and velocity under lab and field conditions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support testing in radar-in-the-loop (RiL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze and validate radar sensor performance in real-world driving Integration & Validation : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Integrate radar modules with vehicle ECUs and sensor fusion frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct scenario-based validation for advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous functions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with functional safety (ISO 26262), ASPICE, and other relevant automotive Support & Diagnostics : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Support radar calibration during production and post-deployment stages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot field issues and deliver robust solutions to customer platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in over-the-air (OTA) update support and diagnostics Skills & Experience : </b></p><br/></p><p>- Solid foundation in radar theory, RF systems, and MIMO radar technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in C/C++, MATLAB, and Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with embedded systems, RTOS, and radar SDKs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture, UDS protocols, and calibration tools (CANoe, radar chambers).<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of radar perception using AI/ML techniques is an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters in Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline.<br/><br/></p><p>- 510 years of hands-on experience in automotive radar development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certifications in ASPICE, ISO 26262, or radar engineering preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is highly desirable.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and engaging with global customers.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
