potential team leadership as we scale.</p><br/><p><b>What You'll Do : </b></p><br/><p><b>Core Implementation Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Discovery & Design : Lead customer workshops, map current/future processes, produce detailed fit-gap analyses and Statements of Work</p><br/><p>- System Configuration : Build Acumatica environments (companies, ledgers, subaccounts, posting rules, item/warehouse management, projects, service orders, security)</p><br/><p>- Technical Development : Create Generic Inquiries, dashboards, KPIs, ARM financial reports, Import Scenarios, custom Report Designer layouts</p><br/><p>- Integration Analytics : Connect systems via OData/REST APIs for Power BI dashboards and automation workflows</p><br/><p>- Data & Testing : Manage data migration (templates, cleansing, trial loads) and User Acceptance Testing cycles</p><br/><p>- Training & Documentation : Train end users and administrators, create SOPs and implementation runbooks</p><br/><p><b>Strategic Support :</b></p><br/><p>- Sales Partnership : Support pre-sales scoping, demos, and proposal development</p><br/><p>- Continuous Improvement : Provide post-go-live optimization and enhancement roadmaps</p><br/><p>- Knowledge Building : Contribute to playbooks, templates, and best practices documentation</p><br/><p><b>Must-Have Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p><b>Technical Experience :</b></p><br/><p>- 3+ years ERP implementation experience with 2+ years hands-on Acumatica (functional lead or senior consultant role)</p><br/><p>- Strong functional expertise in Financials and at least one of : Distribution, Project Accounting, Field Service</p><br/><p>- Technical skills : Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, ARM reports, Import Scenarios, Report Designer</p><br/><p>- Integration experience : OData/REST APIs for analytics and automation</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) for North American customers</p><br/><p>- Customer-facing experience : Leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings</p><br/><p>- Project ownership : Managing timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations independently</p><br/><p>- Documentation skills : Creating clear, actionable process documentation</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Differentiators) :</b></p><br/><p>- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience (Financials, Jobs/Projects, Service Management)</p><br/><p>- Certifications : Acumatica Business Consultant, Advanced Financials/Distribution; Microsoft BC Functional Consultant Associate</p><br/><p>- Industry experience : Equipment companies, manufacturing, distribution, or field service businesses</p><br/><p>- Additional tools : Velixo reporting, Power BI, Power Automate, Postman</p><br/><p><b>Success Metrics (First 90 Days) :</b></p><br/><p>1.
