Assistant/Deputy/Senior Manager
● Must be a Graduate.
Post Graduate will be preferred
● Good written and oral communication skills in English
● Excellent knowledge in computer applications (MS Office and other any accounts
software).
● 3-6 years experience in any higher educational/autonomous institution
● Good Knowledge of Telugu (Read and Write)
General Responsibilities :
● Assisting the Dean and Faculty in carrying out the activities of the school right from the
admissions stage
● Drafting all correspondence of the School with University with the External Agencies /
Firms / Institutes / industries /employment/ externally funding agencies
● Preparation and sending of the required information to the University as requested
● Supervise the general maintenance of the school
● Assist the Training and Placement Cell of the School
● Possess Good Conduct and Attitude in an academic atmosphere
● To attend to any work entrusted by the Dean
Academics and Examinations :
● Gain complete knowledge of the UG and PG programs offered by the School and their
eligibility criteria, academic and examination rules and regulations for the programs
● Preparation and submission of time tables and academic calendar to the University
coordination with the academic in-charge/Faculty and the Dean
● Assist in conduct of BoS and PAB meetings of the school and preparation of minutes in
coordination with HoD/Dean
● Inter-Departmental correspondence
● Verification of course curriculum, semester courses and credits of the courses being
offered by the school in coordination with the faculty or academic in-charge and
correspondence thereof.
● Updating and Monitoring of attendance of the students of various courses through ERP
● Compiling the internal and external marks statements, grades and Performance registers
and submission to university through ERP
● Verification of the fee payment particulars of the students of the school and update the
information to Dean from time to time
● Assist the Dean in issue of Academic and Fee circulars on time
● Regularly attending to student welfare activities including hostel related works and
updating the records
● Preparation School Performance Reports/School Monthly Reports
● Preparation of Annual Reports, Reports for Inspection by external agencies
● Attending to mails or letters to School and update to the Dean on day to day basis
Assistance to Dean in updating the Website with information regularly
●Get acquainted with the guidelines/regulations of UGC, TGSCHE and other national
statutory councils
Finance and Accounts :
● Verification and submission of TA & DA Bills of the faculty and staff of the School as
per the regulations and follow up.
● Assist the School in purchases of equipment and other recurring and non-recurring items
following the purchase rules and regulations
● Verification of the proposals for payment of / Remuneration / honorarium, DA & TA of
the guest faculty / part-time teaching faculty / experts and follow up
● Preparation of expenditure statements of the School/Projects and UCs
● Preparation of monthly statements and submission to Finance and Accounts Department
● To maintain the record of petty cash (imprest amount) and settlement of bills
