Designation - Admissions Manager

Location - Hyderabad Glendale Academy (managing all 3 schools)


Job responsibilities:


  • To formulate monthly targets for admissions and implement strategy for meeting targets.
  • Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys and develop key market insights.

    Utilize these insights in developing our sales/admissions strategy.
  • Manage the team for generating and contacting leads and consistent follow up.

    All leads would be managed on an automated platform, keeping all leads updated with latest transactions.
  • Execute various marketing events, activations, conferences, seminars and expos related to education and generate qualified leads.
  • Organize regular town hall meetings with prospective parents with the objective to maximize admissions.
  • Identify new ways to reach target audience.
  • Understand media references, market trend and report shifts at the marketplace.
  • Develop a robust reporting system with a daily/ weekly update to the management representing the status of leads in a comprehensive way with quarterly forecasts.


Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with additional degree in management
  • Good experience in B2C selling, preferably with experience in education or training.
  • Ability to deal with situations with strategic approach.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
  • Excellent inter personal skills with the ability to work as a team leader.
  • Open to travel.
