- Develop and maintain end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), leveraging Real-Time Customer Profile and Segments
- Build dynamic templates, content fragments, and personalized messaging across email, push, and in-app channels
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to map data schemas, define events, and enable data ingestion
- Ensure journeys are optimized for performance, deliverability, and business outcomes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AJO configurations, APIs, or audience activation
- Implement AJO APIs to automate and scale journey creation and content operations
- Follow best practices for privacy, consent, and data governance in journey workflows
- Document solutions, test plans, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Proficient in JSON, APIs, and Adobe Experience Platform components (Schemas, Datasets, Segments, Sources)
- Strong understanding of marketing use cases and campaign lifecycle across email, push, and mobile
- Experience with Real-Time CDP and audience activation within Adobe ecosystem
- Familiarity with data layer structures and event-based journey triggers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (Alloy.js)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or other scripting languages used for journey logic or data transformation
- Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign
