<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and configure Duck Creek Billing modules including Author, Business Rules, Payment Plans, Commission Setup, Invoice Generation, Reminders, and PCN.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work on end-to-end billing lifecycle management, including OOS (Out-of-Sequence) transaction processing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and customize features such as Installment Schedule, Payment Allocation, Payment Override, General Ledger, and Direct Billing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop solutions for personal and commercial lines as a Manuscript Developer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to effort estimation and solution design for billing implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Follow and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Debug and troubleshoot issues using tools such as TRACE Monitor and TSV Debugger.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Billing development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Duck Creek Author, Rules, and Billing configurations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with payment gateway integration, invoice and schedule generation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to general ledger management and direct billing workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in debugging tools (TRACE Monitor, TSV Debugger).<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of insurance business processes (personal and commercial lines).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in insurance product implementations (Duck Creek Suite).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps tools and automated deployment strategies.<br/><br/><b>Work Location : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bhubaneswar, Odisha On-site opportunity<br/><br/></p><p>- Remote Work Option Available for eligible candidates</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
