<p><p><b>Job Description : AEM Developer (5+ Years Experience)</b><br/><br/>Position : AEM Developer / Senior AEM Developer<br/><br/>Experience Required : 5+ Years<br/><br/>Location : Noida<br/><br/>Employment Type : Full-time<br/><br/>NOTE : Immediate joiner required.<br/><br/><b>JD Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a highly skilled AEM Developer with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud plus 6.x and above).<br/><br/>The role is focused on coding, customising, and extending AEM capabilities to build high-performance, scalable, and maintainable enterprise-level digital platforms.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and implement AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.<br/><br/>- Write efficient and reusable code using Java, Sling, OSGi, and JCR APIs.<br/><br/>- Build and extend Sling models, servlets, filters, and schedulers.<br/><br/>- Implement HTL (Sightly) for component development and front-end integration.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript into AEM.<br/><br/>- Configure and optimise AEM Dispatcher caching for performance.<br/><br/>- Develop and consume RESTful/GraphQL APIs for integration with external systems.<br/><br/>- Work with Digital Asset Management (DAM) features like metadata schemas, renditions, and workflows.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise AEM code and performance issues.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline deployment.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills Required :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/Cloud Service).<br/><br/>- Strong programming skills in Java 8+, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with :<br/><br/>- AEM Sites (components, templates, content fragments, experience fragments).<br/><br/>- Dispatcher configuration, caching, and CDN integration.<br/><br/>- Custom workflows, event listeners, and schedulers.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Maven, Git, Jenkins/CI-CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of JSON, REST, and GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/>- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, AEM Mocks).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge of AEM Forms, AEM Assets, or AEM Communities.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).<br/><br/>- Experience with Adobe I/O, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.<br/><br/>- Exposure to Cloud Manager, AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments.<br/><br/>- Adobe Certification Qualification :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
