<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with strong operational (AEM OPS) expertise to join our dynamic team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, hands-on experience in both development and operations, and the ability to work in an Agile environment while aligning with European work culture Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, configure, and maintain AEM solutions and related applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage AEM platform operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end digital solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage AEMaaCS or AEM 6.5 environments, including upgrades, patches, and configuration changes<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD integration and automated deployment processes<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor system health, performance, and security, and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project timelines</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud best practices, tools, and Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (preferably AEMaaCS or AEM 6.5)<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with AEM architecture, templates, components, workflows, and content migration</p><br/></p><p>- Certified Adobe AEM System Architect or System Administrator (preferred)<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud products and integration strategies<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum)<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, OSGi framework, Sling, and JCR repository<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is an added Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Adaptability to European working culture<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving<br/><br/></p><p>- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge<br/><br/></p><p>- Flexibility to extend working hours when required for project :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<br/><br/></p><p>- 6 to 10 years of experience in AEM development and operations<br/><br/></p><p>- Adobe certification (System Architect or Administrator) highly desirable</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
