Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement Adobe RTCDP solutions tailored to B2C marketing and experience use cases.
- Lead the ingestion, mapping, and transformation of first-, second-, and third-party data sources.
- Design and build XDM-compliant schemas, define datatypes, and establish strong data governance practices.
- Configure identity namespaces and implement identity stitching and resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with marketers and analysts to define audience segmentation strategies and activation channels.
- Ensure data compliance, privacy enforcement, and consent management within the RTCDP environment.
- Integrate RTCDP with Adobe Experience Platform services and external systems using APIs and connectors.
- Support QA, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of data pipelines and segmentation workflows.
- Document architecture, configurations, and data flows for cross-functional visibility and training.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in data engineering, MarTech solutions, or customer data platform architecture.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Adobe RTCDP or AEP certification 
- Strong proficiency in building and mapping schemas, defining datatypes, and managing complex data models.
- Experience with data ingestion (batch and streaming), data mapping, and transformation tools.
- Familiarity with identity graphs, identity namespaces, and customer profile unification.
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform services.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, translating business needs into technical implementation.
- Solid understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact CDP architecture.
