<p><p><b>About the Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>At SG IT Consulting, we are expanding our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) practice and looking for skilled AEP/AJO Developers to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering advanced marketing technology solutions that empower businesses with real-time personalization, customer journey orchestration, and data-driven decisioning.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe-powered marketing ecosystems.<br/><br/>- Drive customer identity resolution, audience segmentation, journey orchestration, and offer decisioning using AEP modules.<br/><br/>- Integrate AEP with external systems, CRMs, data lakes, and web/mobile platforms via APIs, SDKs, and batch flows.<br/><br/>- Design and execute migration strategies from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe stack.<br/><br/>- Develop custom Java-based microservices and integrations to support Martech processes.<br/><br/>- Ensure platform quality through automated testing, functional validation, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with data governance, consent, and privacy standards.<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills & Experience</b><br/><br/>- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with proficiency in at least 2+ modules:<br/><br/>- RTCDP (Real-Time CDP)<br/><br/>- CJA (Customer Journey Analytics)<br/><br/>- AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer)<br/><br/>- ODE (Offer Decisioning Engine)<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of XDM schema, identity stitching, batch/streaming ingestion, connectors<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Java and REST APIs for integrations<br/><br/>- Hands-on with Adobe Edge Network, Web/Mobile SDKs, Tags, Event Forwarding<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus (for migration/transition mapping)<br/><br/>- Strong grasp of data modeling, governance, and privacy compliance<br/><br/>- Experience with automated testing tools, CI/CD pipelines<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills & ability to thrive in Agile environments<br/><br/><b>Why Join SG IT Consulting ?</b><br/><br/>- Global exposure Work with teams across geographies<br/><br/>- Career growth Be part of a fast-scaling AEP practice<br/><br/>- Cutting-edge projects Deliver enterprise Martech solutions with Adobe stack<br/><br/>- Collaborative culture Work with talented architects, analysts, and engineers</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
