Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for an AI Agentic Developer / AI Expert.
The role involves developing, testing, and implementing advanced AI models, particularly in the areas of neural networks and natural language processing.
Day-to-day tasks include pattern recognition, software development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Pattern Recognition and Computer Science
- Proficiency in Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience in Software Development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Experience in developing large-scale AI models is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool use, and multi-step reasoning.
- Architect and optimize agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom solutions.
- Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, and real-time data sources to enable dynamic, context-aware behavior.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to bring agentic AI from prototype to production.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI safety/alignment.
Who You Are:
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, particularly in LLMs, agentic systems, and prompt engineering.
- Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred; experience with FastAPI, Docker, cloud platforms a plus).
- Hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with vector databases, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
- A problem-solver with a hacker mindset—and a passion for ethical, reliable AI.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Published research or open-source contributions in agentic AI.
- Experience with reinforcement learning, symbolic AI, or neuro-symbolic systems.
- Background in robotics, cognitive architectures, or human-AI collaboration.
