Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Chandigarh for an AI Agentic Developer / AI Expert.
The role involves developing, testing, and implementing advanced AI models, particularly in the areas of neural networks and natural language processing.
Day-to-day tasks include pattern recognition, software development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Qualifications
Strong background in Pattern Recognition and Computer Science
Proficiency in Neural Networks and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Experience in Software Development
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
Experience in developing large-scale AI models is a plus
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, tool use, and multi-step reasoning.
Architect and optimize agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom solutions.
Integrate LLMs with external APIs, databases, and real-time data sources to enable dynamic, context-aware behavior.
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to bring agentic AI from prototype to production.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and AI safety/alignment.
Who You Are:
Deep expertise in AI/ML, particularly in LLMs, agentic systems, and prompt engineering.
Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred; experience with FastAPI, Docker, cloud platforms a plus).
Hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents or multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with vector databases, RAG, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
A problem-solver with a hacker mindset—and a passion for ethical, reliable AI.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Published research or open-source contributions in agentic AI.
Experience with reinforcement learning, symbolic AI, or neuro-symbolic systems.
Background in robotics, cognitive architectures, or human-AI collaboration.
