The type of transactions we currently work on range from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers in the United States and European markets and range in value sizes from $10 million USD - $200 million+ USD.<br/><br/><b>What we are Looking for :</b><br/><br/></p><p>As an AI Developer, you will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining AI and machine learning models using Python.<br/>You will work with a variety of libraries and frameworks to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>While our immediate need is for a backend specialist with AI expertise, we are also open to expanding into front-end development in the future.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Develop, test, and maintain AI and machine learning models using Python.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain AI bots based on custom/application APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and debug AI applications and models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language.<br/><br/></p><p>- Building LLM powered applications in a production environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Python backend frameworks like Django(preferably), FastAPI etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of LLM internals and good knowledge of LLM ecosystem both private (Open AI, Gemini, Anthropic etc) and open source.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with version control systems like Git/Github, Devops knowledge.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with NumPy and Pandas libraries for data manipulation and analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Knowledge of ReactJS(with Next & TypeScipt) AWS (deployment on ec2, S3)<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers for natural language processing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in financial applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in real-state financial application.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- 2-3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and Python development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
