We are an innovative organization seeking a skilled Automation and AI Specialist to lead workflow automation and integration projects.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate will design seamless workflows, streamline data flow, and create measurable business impact using tools like Zapier, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Chorus.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation and AI solutions.
- Build and manage Zapier workflows connecting systems, automate repetitive manual processes, and develop solutions for data scraping and processing.
- Implement automation-driven communication flows, maintain clear documentation, and define KPIs to measure automation efficiency and ROI.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize automation projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
- 3+ years of experience in automation, business process engineering, or AI-powered workflow design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Zapier, including multi-step workflows, webhooks, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (pipelines, data management, API integrations), familiarity with ZoomInfo (data enrichment) and Chorus (call insights and analytics).
- Strong understanding of workflow design, data mapping, and system logic, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation scripting is a plus.
