About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead workflow automation and AI integration projects.
This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and excellent collaboration skills.
- Work with stakeholders to design scalable automation and AI workflows that align with business objectives.
- Build seamless integrations between systems such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Excel, and marketing platforms using automation tools like Zapier.
- Automate repetitive manual processes including data synchronization, lead tracking, reporting, and renewal management to increase productivity.
- Develop data-driven insights by scraping and processing data from sources like Chorus or Salesforce.
- Implement automated communication flows such as renewal notifications, follow-up triggers, and survey links.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all automations including SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical notes.
- Determine key performance indicators and build dashboards or reports to measure automation efficiency and return on investment.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize automation projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, business process engineering, or AI-powered workflow design.
- Advanced proficiency in Zapier, including multi-step workflows, webhooks, and API integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (pipelines, data management, API integrations).
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo (data enrichment) and Chorus (call insights and analytics).
- Strong understanding of workflow design, data mapping, and system logic.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Exposure to AI tools or automation scripting is an advantage.
