<p><p><b>How you will make an impact : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, customer-specific solutions - spanning workflow redesigns, integrations, data transformations and tailored modules that extend beyond our core product<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business needs into actionable technical plans by partnering with Customer Success to unpack operational workflows, understand customer pain points and objective, and align on solution requirements<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the architecture of each custom solution - making key design decisions across integrations, pipelines, and feature extensions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with product standards<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure reliable, on-time delivery- track timelines, resolve blockers, and drive momentum across all stakeholders (CS, R&D, DevOps)<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure quality at every stage by enforcing design reviews, validating test coverage, and confirming that all custom work is production-ready, upgrade-safe, and thoroughly documented.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve delivery effectiveness by building reusable assets, creating implementation playbooks, and refining internal processes<br/><br/></p><p>- Influence product evolution : Identify patterns in custom implementations and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap we're looking for : </b></p><p><br/></p>- B.Tech (Computer science/ IT) or MCA degree from a top-tier graduation college<br/><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management in a SaaS, enterprise software, or system integration context<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of delivering complex, client-specific solutions across cross-functional teams<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Agile project management practices and tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana)<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with large enterprise customers is preferred<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage ambiguity, define structure, and deliver under tight you'll love : </b></p><p><br/></p>- A mission that mattersyour work protects critical infrastructure and lives<br/><br/></p><p>- A global team of the best and brightest across AI, product, field ops, and science<br/><br/></p><p>- A seat at the table Work closely with Product, Engineering, and CS leadership to shape delivery practices and product evolution<br/><br/></p><p>- Endless learning Navigate complex customer landscapes, tackle unique challenges, and grow across business, tech, and product domains<br/><br/></p><p>- A fast-moving, respectful culture where outcomes speak louder than org charts</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
