<p>Role : SAP Techno-Functional Consultant<br/><br/>Location : Hyderabad, India<br/><br/>Employment Type : Full-Time<br/><br/>Experience : 8+ yrs<br/><br/>Role Overview : <br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our ground breaking SAP AI solution.
The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with end-to-end SAP functional processes across major domains and capable of interpreting functional requirements into optimized technical specifications and working closely with AI-based automation tools.
This role is perfect for a consultant who is both a domain expert and a technical enthusiast - passionate about streamlining SAP ERP development using Generative AI, intelligent automation, and WRICEF object modelling.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with the product development team to test, validate, and improve AI-generated FDS, TDS, ABAP code, and test scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze SAP business requirements across modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, etc.) and validate AI outputs for functional and technical accuracy.<br/><br/>- Configure SAP systems to support end-to-end test scenarios used for validation.<br/><br/>- Work with AI/ML engineers and ABAP developers to fine-tune GenAI prompts and outputs for high accuracy and SAP context alignment.<br/><br/>- Build reusable templates and test cases for WRICEF objects, reports, enhancements, forms, and conversions.<br/><br/>- Act as the SAP subject matter expert (SME) during workshops, validations, UATs, and integration testing phases of development.<br/><br/>- Support clients during onboarding, implementation, or testing cycles.<br/><br/>- Continuously recommend process improvements to increase the reliability of AI-generated SAP content.<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of SAP techno-functional experience across multiple modules (at least 3 : FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM, WM, etc.).<br/><br/>- Strong experience in writing and reviewing FDS, TDS, and managing end-to-end WRICEF development lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Solid technical background in ABAP, enhancements (user exits, BADIs), IDocs, RFCs, and BAPIs.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SAP development best practices, versioning, testing, and documentation.<br/><br/>- Passion for AI, automation, and next-gen SAP productivity tools.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills, business process understanding, and problem-solving ability.<br/><br/>Nice to Have : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.<br/><br/>- Prior experience working with AI/ML-based SAP solutions or tools like Tricentis, Figaf, etc.<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP CPI or integration middleware.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Jira) and agile methodologies.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
