<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> AI/ML Engineer (ChatBot & Generative AI)<br/><br/><b>Location : </b> Remote (with occasional visits to client sites in Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Indore)<br/><br/><b>Experience Level : </b> 5+ Years<br/><br/><b>Work Hours : </b> 11 : 00 AM 8 : 30 PM IST<br/><br/><b>Primary Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>AI/ML Model Development :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, build, and deploy advanced AI/ML models using Python, Azure Machine Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement, fine-tune, and scale large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, and other state-of-the-art architectures.<br/><br/><b>Cloud Integration & Deployment : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly with Microsoft Cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Cognitive Services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage containerization tools (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for scalable production deployments.<br/><br/><b>Generative AI & RAG Systems : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Build and optimize Generative AI applications and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with data scientists, solution architects, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.<br/><br/><b>Model Optimization & Monitoring : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure high availability and performance of models in production by designing robust monitoring and optimization frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply MLOps best practices for continuous training, deployment, and lifecycle management.<br/><br/><b>Governance & Security : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Implement security-first AI design to ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply Microsoft Azure governance frameworks for safe and reliable AI deployments.<br/><br/><b>Research & Innovation :</b></p><p><p><br/></p>- Stay up to date with cutting-edge advancements in AI/ML, deep learning, and GenAI ecosystems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experiment with emerging open-source libraries, LLM orchestration tools, and prompt engineering techniques.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications & Skills : </b><br/><br/><b>Educational Background : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.<br/><br/><b>Core Technical Expertise : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or AI/ML development with Python and cloud-based platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, and other Transformer-based architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in ML frameworks : PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, and Python data libraries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience designing LLM-powered applications with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).<br/><br/><b>Cloud & DevOps Competencies : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services : Azure Machine Learning, Azure DevOps, Azure Synapse, and Cognitive Services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of MLOps frameworks, model monitoring, and automated deployment pipelines.<br/><br/><b>Additional Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Power BI or other Microsoft analytics and visualization tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (X12, HL7) is a strong plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of enterprise security practices, including identity management and role-based access control.<br/><br/></p><p>- Azure Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Data Scientist Associate are highly preferred.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end ownership of AI/ML initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong presentation skills to convey technical
