This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi requires a leader with demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, supervising administrative staff, coordinating complex facility management, and ensuring rigorous compliance with organizational and safety standards.
The Manager will be instrumental in analyzing and improving administrative systems to enhance overall organizational efficiency.<br/><br/><b>Job Description:</b> <br/><br/><b>Administrative Leadership and Staff Management:</b> <br/><br/>- Oversee and manage all end-to-end administrative functions and complex office operations, ensuring seamless daily service delivery.
<br/><br/>- Supervise, train, and formally evaluate administrative staff, providing clear direction, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring all departmental deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
<br/><br/>- Foster effective communication channels with team members and internal stakeholders to align administrative support with core business objectives.
<br/><br/>- Actively analyze current administrative systems and processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency enhancements across the department.
<br/><br/><b>Budgeting, Procurement, and Financial Control:</b> <br/><br/>- Manage departmental budgeting and financial planning, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strict cost control.
<br/><br/>- Own and manage the entire office supplies and procurement processes, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
