<p>Job Title: Retail/QSR Functional Consultant.<br/><br/> Location: Bengaluru.<br/><br/> Employment Type: Full-Time.<br/><br/> Role Overview.<br/><br/> We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail/QSR Functional Consultant to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations.<br/><br/> You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement, operational efficiency.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/> Client Engagement & Discovery:<br/><br/>- Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.<br/><br/>- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.<br/><br/> Techno Functional Aspects:.<br/><br/>- Translate the functional specifications derived from the workshop to a technical fit document.<br/><br/>- Identify & highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.<br/><br/> Stakeholder Collaboration:<br/><br/>- Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.<br/><br/>- Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.<br/><br/> Effective Onboarding:<br/><br/>- Ensure all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc).<br/><br/>- Train super users of our clients on the platform.<br/><br/>- Explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support / business related queries.<br/><br/> Required Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g , Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.<br/><br/> Preferred Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.<br/><br/> About Company:<br/><br/> Algonomy helps consumer businesses maximize customer value by automating decisioning across their retail business lifecycle, with AI-enabled solutions for eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.<br/><br/> Algonomy is a trusted partner to more than 400 leading brands, with a global presence spanning over 20 countries.<br/><br/> Our innovations have garnered recognition from top industry analysts such as Gartner and Forrester.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
