<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>.Net Full Stack Specialist/Lead.<br/><br/><b>Skills :</b><br/><br/>NET, ASP.NET, .Net core, C#, SQL, Angular/React, AWS/AZURE.<br/><br/><b>Job Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are looking for a .NET Fullstack Lead Developer with 1215 years of solid experience in designing, building, and leading the development of scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Angular or ReactJS, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), DevOps pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.<br/><br/>This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring excellent coding skills, architectural thinking, and team mentoring abilities.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the full-stack development of complex applications using ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, and Design scalable, maintainable, and secure systems following architectural best practices and patterns.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define system architecture and technical solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Drive implementation of SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns across the development team.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality and adherence to industry best practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee and guide the integration of applications with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within Agile/Scrum teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to continuous learning and skill development within the team.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and lead root cause analysis.<br/><br/><b>Required Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/><b>Backend :</b><br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Core.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and Entity Framework/Core.<br/><br/><b>Frontend :</b><br/><br/>- Strong experience with Angular (v10+) or ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.<br/><br/><b>Cloud & DevOps :</b><br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) or AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools : Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Code Quality & Practices :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube, ReSharper, or similar.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns (Layered, Clean Architecture, CQRS, etc.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of Version Control Systems : Git (GitHub, GitLab, Azure Repos).<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, AKS, or EKS).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with performance tuning and scalability design.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).<br/><br/>Exp : 6+ yrs.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Location : Pune.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
