manufacturing facilities.<br/><br/><b>About the role :</b><br/><br/>Allegion India is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Technical Lead Mobile Applications, who will work with a team of cross-functional product development engineers to design, architect, build, deploy and maintain mobile applications that are leveraged extensively throughout the Allegion software product portfolio of web, mobile and desktop solutions.<br/><br/><b>What youll do :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product management, design, and architecture teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security, while promoting best practices within the team.<br/><br/>- Provide high-level estimates and manage the scope of projects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.<br/><br/>- Identify, analyze, and communicate potential risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Serve as a key point of contact for technical discussions, providing clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including technical team members and leadership.<br/><br/>- Responsible for managing and completing significant projects involving multiple components and subsystems.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance our software applications and development processes.<br/><br/>- Build relationships with internal customers and product managers to understand the business needs and priorities, articulate the technical roadmap for success, and make strategy recommendations.<br/><br/>- Responsible for maintaining and publishing apps to production and managing its life cycle.<br/><br/><b>What we are looking for:</b><br/><br/>- Experience building native applications in iOS and Android.<br/><br/>- Expert level experience with Java, Swift, Objective C and Kotlin.<br/><br/>- Well experienced with building native UI experiences using SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose.<br/><br/>- Experience/Understanding of working on cross platform mobile frameworks (e.g. flutter, Kotlin Multi-Platform).<br/><br/>- Proficient in using SPM and Gradle to integrate third-party or first party SDK/library dependencies.<br/><br/>- Aware of structured concurrency concepts using Swift Concurrency, Kotlin Coroutines.<br/><br/>- Experience with reactive programming concepts using Combine and Kotlin Flow.<br/><br/>- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and GitHub for mobile applications.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Git version control system and the broader GitHub ecosystem.<br/><br/>- Good understanding of OWASP Mobile Security Requirements, Threat Modeling and Security Risk Assessment of Mobile Apps.<br/><br/>- Experience with working on architectural design patterns like MVVM.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge in software design, design patterns.<br/><br/>- Experience in Scrum and Agile Philosophy.<br/><br/>- Thorough understanding of the Apples and Googles design principles and interface guidelines.<br/><br/>- Experience with performance and memory tuning using tools (Profilers).<br/><br/>- Experience in Threat Modeling, Security Risk Assessment, Architectural and Design reviews.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in multiple technical stacks and languages with the ability to describe trade-offs between them.<br/><br/>- Ability to learn and adapt to new and continually evolving technologies, customer needs, and business requirements.<br/><br/>- Effective written, verbal and presentations skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.<br/><br/>- Ability to relate to others, demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in decision making process, ability to assess risk and act with a sense of urgency.<br/><br/>- Has knowledge/understanding of using AI tools in mobile to 15 Years of experience in Mobile Applications development.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills :</b><br/><br/>- IoT Platform, Bluetooth and WIFI.<br/><br/>- GraphQL.<br/><br/><b>Education :</b><br/><br/>BE, B.Tech or MTech in Computer
