<p><p><b>Alteryx Application Support Specialist :</b><br/><br/>We are hiring Alteryx Application Support Specialists to manage and support Alteryx workflows and server environments under our managed services framework.<br/><br/>The role focuses on stability, performance, and integration with enterprise systems, ensuring end-to-end operational excellence.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Provide Tier 2/3 application support for Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Handle incident resolution, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Administer Alteryx Server on Windows (user access, scheduling, deployment, logging).<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).<br/><br/></p><p>- Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 3+ years experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
