<p><p><b>Job Title : </b>Senior Manager Development</p><p><br/><b>Job Description accountabilities : </b></p><p><br/>- Works with a high level of autonomy.</p></p><p><br/>- Leads projects, contributes to broad cross-functional projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficient in technical knowledge to ensure team performs at a high level.<br/><br/></p><p>- Is recognized as a leader in own area and may formally train Specialists/Senior Specialists.<br/><br/></p><p>- Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a medium-sized team or multiple teams of employees.<br/><br/></p><p>- Influences the resource, budget and policy planning and sets concrete development plans for the team members.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understands how main business drivers may impact on own area.<br/><br/></p><p>- Can assess complex problems with broad impact on the activity, improve processes, recommend solutions and risk mitigation plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Able to communicate complex information.<br/><br/></p><p>- Has a mid/long-term vision of the activity and the business, influences the department's </p><p>strategy based on a broad understanding of the environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposed to complex decision making.<br/><br/><p><b>Specific Accountabilities / Business acumen :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to the department/division/company objectives.</p><p><br/></p>- Regular Report on team activities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Be accountable for the performance and results of a unit within own discipline or function.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Suggest alternatives / improvements / new techniques in processes, flows, operational </p><p>models and plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Moderate budgetary impact on Excellence :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Producing code of high quality with high efficiency.</p><p><br/></p>- Work in each step of the product development cycle including creating technical </p><p>requirements, leading complex feasibility studies, project planning, identifying dependencies </p><p>and improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Investigate, analyze & give recommendations on the root causes of complex software and </p><p>system defects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solving problems / troubleshooting in a timely manner & with a high level of engagement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster applications that are easy to monitor and operate, to improve infrastructure availability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply best practices on code quality and security-safe code through non-functional </p><p>requirements mastery, code reviews, coding guidelines, unit testing and code refactoring.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Technological Acumen - cross disciplinary knowledge (ex.
