Job description

<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Working in project teams designing, building and maintaining Amazon Connect within infrastructure to provide strong business solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working in tandem with engineering team to identify & implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to communicate with clients on a business level and translate their needs into technical solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Managing software evaluations for cloud migrations for customer service channels<br/><br/></p><p>- Employing exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and resolve issues before escalations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience collaborating across multiple functional and/or technical teams to deliver an Agile-based project<br/><br/></p><p>- Setting up pilots and POC for solution evaluations and further migration to production<br/><br/></p><p>- Providing digital experience, business automation solutions using AI/Client as well as contact center Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Must have experience in delivering Lambda functions, especially in context of external service integrations</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experienced IVR developer with 3+ years of relevant experience in Amazon connect<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have experience building both contact and chat flows in AWS connect<br/><br/></p><p>- 5 years of IT Experience in customer service technologies including contact center cloud-</p><p>based products, solution design and implementation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk), Unified </p><p>Communications,<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of popular communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP<br/><br/></p><p>- 1+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the enterprise space<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience developing solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with code/scripting </p><p>preferably in python and good to have knowledge in any of these programming languages </p><p>Node.js, Java, .NET)<br/><br/></p><p>- Having knowledge in other IVR such as Genesys, Avaya etc.

and the migration to Amazon </p><p>connect is an added Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p>Amazon Connect, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex chatbot and Voicebot </p><p>Integration, Call Center Routing, AWS, Lambda, Step Functions, LEX, Polly, Transcribe, S3, Dynamo, Athena, Kinesis, Cloud Watch, Cloud Forma, Contact Lens.

Amazon Q, Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering</p><p><br/>- Contact Centre knowledge and experience, including understanding of call flows, routing and queues, contact centre reporting and management.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
