We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead the integration and testing of our cutting-edge voice and cloud solutions, ensuring seamless performance and exceptional quality for our clients.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to impactful projects, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br/><br/><b>Role :</b> Lead Engineer (LE)<br/><br/><b>Location : </b>Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad<br/><br/><b>Work Mode : </b>In-office<br/><br/><b>Experience : </b>6 to 8 years<br/><br/><b>Notice Period : </b>Immediate to 15 days (strictly)<br/><br/><b>Job Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for :</p><p><br/>- Designing and Implementing Solutions : Architecting and implementing robust Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, queues, and user management.<br/><br/>- Integration : Performing complex integrations between Amazon Connect and other enterprise systems, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Voice CSM.<br/><br/>- Testing : Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of integrated solutions.
This includes unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.<br/><br/>- Troubleshooting : Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to Amazon Connect, AWS services, and third-party integrations.<br/><br/>- Scripting and Automation : Utilizing scripting languages like Python to automate testing processes and streamline deployment workflows.<br/><br/>- Monitoring and Maintenance : Using tools like Amazon CloudWatch to monitor system health, performance, and troubleshoot issues.<br/><br/>- Collaboration : Working closely with development, product, and client teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.<br/><br/>- Mentorship : Guiding and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>To be successful in this role, you should have extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the following technologies :<br/><br/>- Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Connect's features, including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and security profiles.<br/><br/>- Experience with designing, building, and integrating conversational AI bots using Amazon Lex.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in integrating Amazon Connect with ServiceNow's Customer Service Management (CSM) platform, specifically for voice interactions.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of core AWS services, including IAM, S3, and API Gateway.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in using CloudWatch for monitoring, logging, and alerting.<br/><br/>- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python for automation and AWS Lambda functions.<br/><br/>- AWS Lambda : Experience developing and deploying serverless functions using AWS Lambda.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
