Develop and drive implementation of strategies, goals and plans for the cluster, to achieve revenue targets and ensuring adherence by each store.<br/><br/> - Conduct thorough market and competition analysis for the cluster, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team to make strategic decisions.<br/><br/> - Identify opportunities and threats, and implement approved actions to enhance competitiveness.<br/><br/> - Provide support in implementation of strategic projects in the cluster.<br/><br/> - Provide required support to the business development team for market expansion.<br/><br/> <b>Store performance management</b><br/><br/> - Collaborate with store managers to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.<br/><br/> - Monitor and analyse store metrics, and take corrective actions.<br/><br/> - Provide guidance and support to store managers in store management and effectively executing store initiatives.<br/><br/> - Provide inputs to the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns/BTL activities for the cluster/store.<br/><br/> - Monitor and evaluate marketing activities for effectiveness and provide feedback.<br/><br/> - Provide inputs to Planning and participate actively in inventory meetings.<br/><br/> <b>Operational Excellence</b><br/><br/> - Drive strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all stores within the cluster.<br/><br/> - Provide inputs to update SOPs as needed, fostering continuous improvement in operational efficiency.<br/><br/> - Undertake daily store visits.<br/><br/> - Conduct audits, observe and review store ambience, service and adherence to SOPs.<br/><br/> - Ensure store processes including checklists, store opening/closing, grooming standards and financial compliances are followed.<br/><br/> - Provide timely resolutions of escalated issues of the store.<br/><br/> - Analyse and ensure gaps from audit results are addressed at each store.<br/><br/> - Oversee stock planning and inventory management for the entire cluster.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with cross functional teams to get the necessary support and resolutions to meet store targets.<br/><br/> <b>Customer Experience</b><br/><br/> - Drive the implementation of consistent customer experience standards across all stores within the cluster.<br/><br/> - Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality and customer experience.<br/><br/> <b>Team Leadership</b><br/><br/> - Build high performing, motivated and competent teams across multiple stores within the cluster.<br/><br/> - Ensure the store hiring plan is fulfilled.<br/><br/> - Actively participate in store hiring decisions.<br/><br/> - Ensure training and grooming of store staff as per the store standards.<br/><br/> - Provide ongoing coaching, training, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement of the store teams.<br/><br/> - Spot high performance and potential store staff and facilitate their career development.<br/><br/> <b>Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavioural competencies</b><br/><br/> - Experience 5 to 10 yrs.<br/><br/> - MBA from Premium College Preferred.<br/><br/> - Excellent knowledge of the retail domain, market, trends, competitions and consumer behavior.<br/><br/> - Demonstrated success in implementing and optimising operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness in a store.<br/><br/> - Proven ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.<br/><br/> - Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across different departments of the organisation.<br/><br/> -
