its about creating clarity from complexity, driving collaboration across business and technology, and ensuring highly visible initiatives land with impact.<br/><br/> You will be the connective force that turns strategy into execution, balancing agility with Delivery & Execution.</b></p><br/> - Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives from initiation through launch and adoption.<br/><br/> - Translate business and product strategies into clear execution plans, milestones, and release timelines.<br/><br/> - Coordinate across product, design, engineering, QA, and business ops teams to ensure alignment.<br/><br/> - Identify risks early, unblock teams, and ensure momentum is Bridge.</b><br/><br/> - Act as the single point of clarity for stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Translate business goals into well-documented functional requirements.<br/><br/> - Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure delivery fidelity.<br/><br/> - Restore transparency and speed between business stakeholders and tech & Governance.</b></p><p><br/> - Own the program roadmap including scope planning, dependencies, and release sequencing.</p><br/> - Provide structured, data-backed updates to senior leadership.<br/><br/> - Run steering committee meetings and drive high-quality stakeholder reporting.<br/><br/> - Ensure all changes, trade-offs, and decisions are clearly documented and Standards.</b><br/><br/> - Set high standards for program documentation (BRDs, FRDs, RACIs, timelines, change logs).<br/><br/> - Maintain centralized repositories in Jira/Confluence/Notion.<br/><br/> - Coordinate with product and customer teams for client-facing documentation when & Collaboration.</b></p><p><br/> - Lead agile ceremonies and program-level rituals (standups, planning, demos, retros, backlog grooming).</p><br/> - Foster a no-surprise culture by proactively managing escalations and delivery & Client Readiness.</b><br/><br/> - Partner with customer success, marketing, and product for coordinated enterprise and consumer launches.<br/><br/> - Ensure knowledge transfer, training, and onboarding documentation is in place for internal teams and Were Looking For.</b></p><p><br/><b>Required Qualifications.</b></p><br/> - 7 to 9 years of experience in Program Management / Technical Project Management within tech-first companies.<br/><br/> - Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional digital programs (health tech, SaaS, fintech, or platforms preferred).<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of both B2C and B2B product dynamics.<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
